The terms of service for merchants who create and run a store on the platform. For an individual store's terms toward its own customers, see that store's own terms page.

1.Acceptance of these terms

The platform is early-stage and evolving. Features may change, be added or be removed. We would rather say so up front than promise a stability we cannot commit to.

Using the platform — including creating a store, signing in to the admin and operating a store — constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

Effective and last updated: 21 August 2026.

2.Definitions

  • "The platform" — the service operated by Infinity AI Solutions at infinity-ai-solutions.com, including the admin interface and the stores served through it.
  • "Merchant" — a business owner who has created a store on the platform and operates it.
  • "The store" — the site the merchant creates and runs on the platform.
  • "Visitor" — anyone browsing or buying from a merchant's store.

3.Eligibility

The service is intended for business use. Use of it requires that you are 18 or older and that you are authorized to bind the business on whose behalf the store is opened.

4.The service

As of today the platform provides:

  • A public storefront and a separate admin interface for each store.
  • A separate database for each store.
  • Catalog import from CSV files — Shopify, WooCommerce and a generic sheet.
  • Connections to marketing and measurement channels (Google, Meta).
  • Email marketing and automations.
  • A store design editor.

This list describes the current state only. No feature is guaranteed, and we may change, add or remove features.

5.Account and sign-in

Signing in to the admin is done exclusively with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to the Google account the store was created with.

As of today the system does not support granular permissions for additional users on a store. Anyone with access to the admin can see and change everything.

6.Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is the seller. They are solely responsible for: store content and product descriptions, prices and VAT, delivering products and serving customers, complying with consumer-protection and privacy law, and maintaining up-to-date store policies toward their own customers.

The policy pages a new store is provisioned with (terms, privacy, shipping, refunds) are drafts with placeholders, and are not legal advice. They must be completed and adapted to your business, and consulting a lawyer before publishing is recommended.

7.Payments

The platform does not process payments, does not hold funds and does not see payment credentials. The merchant selects and connects their own payment provider. The payment relationship is between the merchant, that provider and the customer — we are not a party to it.

As of today no payment adapter is connected to the platform, so an order is created in a "pending payment" state and collection is handled directly by the merchant.

8.Third-party services

Google, Meta and any other services the merchant connects are the merchant's own accounts and are subject to those providers' terms. If the merchant revokes access, or a provider changes its API, the dependent feature stops working — and that is not a breach on our part.

9.Content and intellectual property

The store's content and data belong to the merchant. The merchant grants us a limited license to store, process, translate and display them — solely in order to provide the service.

The platform itself — the code, the interface and the design system — is ours.

10.AI-based features

Store content translation and the design assistant run against Anthropic's API, and store text is sent there for that purpose. The output is machine-generated and should be reviewed before publishing. No Google data is sent there — see the privacy policy.

11.Prohibited use

  • Selling illegal or infringing goods or services.
  • Sending marketing email without the recipient's consent using the platform's tools.
  • Attempting to reach another store's data.
  • Reverse engineering, circumventing limits, or harming service availability.
  • Reselling or renting the platform to a third party.

12.Availability

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis, with no uptime commitment (no SLA) and no warranty of continuity. Maintenance, deployments and migrations may cause temporary interruption.

13.Data export

Each store has its own database, and the data model was deliberately designed not to depend on any particular source platform. A merchant may request an export of their store's data.

14.Suspension and termination

We may suspend a store in the event of a breach of these terms or non-payment. The merchant may close their store at any time.

Closing a store deletes its database and its media files — and with them every marketing-channel token. This is irreversible. See the data-deletion section of the privacy policy.

15.No warranty

The service is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16.Limitation of liability

Our total liability, on any cause of action, will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.

17.Indemnity

The merchant will indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from the store's content, from the products or services they sell, or from their breach of law.

18.Fees

The service is currently provided free of charge, during the platform's early stage. If and when charging begins, we will give advance notice to the account's registered email address at least 30 days before the first charge.

19.Changes to these terms

We will update these terms from time to time. We will notify the account's registered email address of any material change, and continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

20.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
